Gravitas & Growth provides one-on-one business development coaching for law firm attorneys who are looking to elevate their business development strategies and outcomes. We will work together with the attorney, on an individual basis, to determine how to enhance the attorney’s business development efforts, so that they result in greater revenue generating opportunities.

We meet the attorney where they are, leveraging their strengths, and utilizing their areas of improvement as growth opportunities.

Our work focuses on strategies and deliverables, such as:

• creating a business plan with realistic goals;

• developing a practical business development strategy schedule;

• tackling and leveraging the attorney’s networks;

• determining appropriate ways to expand the attorney’s network;

• retaining and growing existing clients;

• preparing for a pitch; and

• overcoming client objections.

BD Hourly

Hourly

BD Hourly is for the individual attorney looking for a sounding board and brainstorming partner in their business development efforts.  We will work with the attorney, on an hourly basis, with a focus on the pain points identified by the attorney.

BD Cohorts

Requires a six-month commitment

BD Cohorts are for the individual attorney who wants to dive into building their business and thrives in scenarios of group brainstorming, team energy and accountability partners.

We will work together to:

• identify and enhance business development strategies, tailored as needed for each member of the group;

• create business plans on which the attorneys can execute on a going forward basis;

• brainstorm around real-time scenarios as they arise; and

•  implement accountability measures to ensure the strategies are being utilized and modified, as needed.
