BD Cohorts

Requires a six-month commitment

BD Cohorts consist of business development coaching in a small, cohesive group.  We will work together to identify and enhance business development strategies, tailored as needed for each member of the group; create business plans on which the attorneys can execute on a going forward basis; and brainstorm about real-time scenarios as they arise.  We will implement accountability measures to ensure the strategies are being utilized and modified, as needed. 

Some of the benefits of training as a group include:

  • building new, and strengthening existing, relationships with law firm colleagues;

  • developing internal accountability partners for ongoing business development efforts; and

  • brainstorming as part of an experienced, diverse group.

BD Cohorts will be arranged in any manner the law firm chooses, including in furtherance of its diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Gravitas & Growth

Requires a minimum six-month commitment

Gravitas & Growth provides one-on-one business development coaching for law firm attorneys. With input from the law firm, we will work together with the attorney, on an individual basis, to determine how to enhance the attorney’s business development efforts, so that they result in greater revenue generating opportunities.

We meet the attorney where they are, leveraging their strengths, and utilizing their areas of improvement as growth opportunities.

Our work focuses on strategies and deliverables, such as:

  • developing a business plan with realistic goals;

  • creating a practical business development strategy schedule;

  • tackling and leveraging the attorney’s networks;

  • determining appropriate ways to expand the attorney’s network;

  • retaining and growing existing clients;

  • preparing for a pitch; and

  • overcoming client objections.


Striding Up Workshops

90 Minutes

Striding Up Workshops are interactive power hours geared towards law firms interested in providing their attorneys with the opportunity to dig into various business development topics.  

Topics are updated regularly.  Customized workshops are available upon request.
