A small, virtual group for U.S.-based female attorneys in private practice, meeting twice a month to focus on business development.

What it is

The BD Power Hour gives you protected time, creative thinking partners, and simpler networking, all in one focused hour.

Connect (15 min): Zoom breakouts with a guided prompt, so networking feels easy and genuine.
Brainstorm (15 min): Alternates between BD-related training and tackling one member’s real BD challenge, together.
Get It Done (30 min): Guarded time for the emails, articles, panel pitches, and outreach that keep slipping, with input just a question away.

Two, one-hour virtual meetings per month. (Day and time will be determined once the group is established.)

Six-month initial commitment, followed by month-to-month (with one month’s notice to cancel).

What if I miss a session?

Life happens! You’ll re-join the next session, and you can share your BD to-dos with the group in-between and seek input.
Do I need to prepare anything?

Just bring your business development to-do list. Your time in the spotlight to address a challenge will rotate so you’ll know when you’re up!
What if I have a competitor in the group?

Great! They can be a great brainstorming partner and referral source.
How do you assemble the group?

We’ll have a 15-minute call to get to know each other and to determine if the group is a fit.
Are group discussions confidential?

We ask all members to keep what's shared in the group within the group, so everyone can speak openly.
What happens after the first six months?

Your membership continues month-to-month so you can keep the momentum going. If you decide it's time to step away, simply provide one month's notice.
What’s the financial investment?

$1500 for the initial six months. $275 for each month after.
